سقط صاروخان مساء الخميس الجمعة في منطقة بعبدا أحدهما قرب القصر الجمهورية في حادث هو الثالث من نوعه في اقل من شهرين.
واشارت الوكالة "الوطنية للإعلام" إلى أن "احدهما قرب مقر قيادة واركان الجيش في الريحانية والثاني في حديقة منزل الصحافية الهام فريحة في الفياضية".
كما لفتت الى ان مصدر الصاروخين منطقة المونسة في ضهور عرمون.
من جهتها أكدت وكالة الصحافة الفرنسية أن "أحد الصاروخين يبعد نحو مئة متر عن المدخل الخلفي للقصر الجمهوري".
وكانت قد أفادت الوكالة عن "سماع دوي ثلاثة انفجارات في منطقة المتن الجنوبي تبين انها ناجمة عن سقوط صواريخ".
من جهتها لفتت قناة "الجديد" إلى أن "منزل مدير المخابرات في الجيش يقع على مسافة قريبة من موقع سقوط الصاورخ في منزل فريحة".
وكشفت قناة الـ"MTV" عن "سقوط إحدى الصواريخ قرب منزل السفير السعودي لكنه لم ينفجر" والآخر "سقط على بعد نحو 50 مترا من وزارة الدفاع"، مؤكدة عدم وجود إصابات في صفوف العسكريين المتواجدين دوما في المنطقة التي تعتبر أمنية بامتياز.
ويأتي إطلاق الصاروخين بعيد موقف لرئيس الجمهورية ميشال سليمان في عيد الجيش قال فيه أنه "اذا استمرت ازدواجية السلاح الشرعي وغير الشرعي يصبح دور الجيش صعباً".
وأكد سليمان أنه "يجب إعادة النظر بالإستراتيجيّة الدفاعيّة خصوصاً بعد أن تخظى سلاح المقاومة الحدود اللبنانيّة إنطلاقاً من تصورنا للإستراتيجيّة والتي وضعناها أمام الرأي العام" معلناً أن " الوقت حان كي تكون الدولة هي الناظمة الأساسيّة والمقرّرة لإستعمال القوّة".
في 21 حزيران الفائت تم العثور على على منصتين خشبيتين لإطلاق الصواريخ في بلونة واحدة مع صاروخ من عيار 122 وواحدة خالية بعد سماع صوت إنفجارات في بلدة عاريا قضاء بعبدا.
وأشارت المعلومات لموقع "نهارنت" حينها الى ان "الجهات الامنية والعسكرية المختصة والحرس الجمهوري يقومون بعملية مسح شامل لمنطقة الانفجار" موضحة أنه "من المحتمل أن يكون قصر بعبدا مستهدفاً جرّاء هذا الإنفجار".

There are no salafists in and around Souk-El-Gharb. The area there is HA stronghold (with Jumblat towns being around the HA strongholds.

See how this incident got all of you wondering who did it? To be quite truthful, if Lebanon had proper investigation/intelligence agencies and if other comparable global agencies (FBI, CIA, NSA, FSB, ISI, etc) could solve the most unattainable cases, I'm sure our agencies--with a tad little investigation effort-- would be able to figure out what two idiots carried out a rocket launcher up a hill and used it.
Whoever did this obviously wants to destabilize the country to result in stirring up an internal war for that matter. The rockets--most likely-- were aiming at the presidential palace but the idiots who were selected for this particular job did not know any better.

I doubt very much HA would resort to launching rockets at b3abda to send a message to the president. HA has demonstrated on more than one occasion that it is perfectly capable of asserting its will and that it is the sole decision maker in Lebanon, thus no need for such shenanigans. In my humble opinion, this is not their handy work and the timing is awfully suspicious. Deductive reasoning leads me to home in on the reasonable assumption that the group who benefits the most from this action is behind it and not likely HA.
