Army Confiscates Weapons, Arrests 8 in Wadi Khaled

The army carried out at dawn on Saturday raids along the border on the outskirts of the northern towns of Khat al-Petrol and al-Buqaia in the Wadi Khaled region, reported the National News Agency.

Eight people were arrested in the raids.

They were identified as A. Ahmed, H. Ahmed, K. Mahmoud, A. al-Ali, M. al-Ali, J. al-Ali, F. al-Ali, and H. al-Hassan.

A number of ammunition was confiscated from their residences and investigations are underway with the detainees.

The army has intensified in recent months its raids throughout Lebanon in search of wanted suspects and possible terrorists linked to the conflict in neighboring Syria.

A number of people have been arrested.

no one mentioned bases in the article. Also the names are clearly Shiaa not likely to be in the ranks of Nusra or ISIS... they seem like arms dealers taking advantage of the situation.

ft these arrested have all shia names like the hassan al hassan who was animating the takfiri website in baalbek (you remember). You were adamant that the guy was not shia but he was shia ibn shia and member of hizbollah.
