Jordan condemned U.S. President Donald Trump's recognition on Wednesday of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel as amounting to a violation of international law and the U.N. charter.

"The decision of the American president to recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capital and the transfer of the U.S. embassy to this city constitutes a violation of decisions of international law and the United Nations charter," said government spokesman Mohammed Momani.

I would expect the US embassy to be in West Jerusalem, which is not in dispute as being Israeli. This should satisfy the Jordanians.
