Israel says army on high alert after US downs Iran missiles
An Israeli military official said Monday that the army remained on high alert and was monitoring the situation after a U.S. admiral said forces destroyed six Iranian boats and shot down missiles.
"The IDF (Israeli military) is closely monitoring the situation and remains on high alert... our air defense systems and offensive capabilities remain at a high state of readiness," the official said in a statement sent to AFP.
