Cabinet Convenes Tuesday to Address State Budget

Cabinet is expected to meet on Tuesday in order to address the amended state budget draft law, reported the daily An Nahar on Sunday.

It added that Prime Minister Najib Miqati held a series of contacts with a number of concerned officials to place the finishing touches of the draft law.

The session is set to be held at the Baabda Palace at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Cabinet is then set to meet for a regular session at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday at the Grand Serail.

Miqati is then set to travel to Germany at the end of the session where he is scheduled to meet with Chancellor Angela Merkel on Thursday.
