Internal Security Forces detained on Friday two Syrian nationals who infiltrated the outskirts of Shebaa from their Syrian town of Beit Jin, the National News Agency reported.

Khaled Ahmed Kamal and Ahmed Qassem Kamal crossed into Lebanon through Mount Hermon, the news agency said.

The two men were detained and are being questioned.

They will be handed over to the General Security in Hasbaya later on.

The U.N. says more than 1.2 million Syrians, over half of them children, have become internally displaced in the country since the start of anti-regime protests in Syria in March 2011, while an estimated 250,000 refugees sought shelter in neighboring Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey and Iraq, with around 40,000 refugee in Lebanon.

One moment, I thought, and read, all the time that the reason that Hizballah has not disarmed is that Israel still occupies Lebanese territory, the Shaaba area, although the UN declatres that these are Syrian territory.
So if that is true, just how did ISF detain two people there?
