Wolfsburg Signs Luiz Gustavo from Bayern Munich
Wolfsburg has signed Brazil midfielder Luiz Gustavo from Bundesliga rival Bayern Munich.
The Volkswagen-backed club announced on its website that the 26-year-old Luiz Gustavo has signed a deal through to 2018 and will be presented on Friday.
Both clubs agreed not to disclose the transfer fee.
Bayern bought Luiz Gustavo from Hoffenheim in January 2011. He scored six goals and set up three more in 64 games for the side.
The Brazilian will join up with compatriots Diego and Naldo at Wolfsburg, and could make his debut against Schalke on Saturday.
Luiz Gustavo has played 11 games for Brazil.
