The Lebanese army was on Sunday pursuing a Palestinian who had injured two Syrians after opening fire on them in the southern city of Sidon.

An army communique said Sunday that Louay Ahmed Mansour, known as Abu Khaled, fired around 22:40 pm Saturday at Syrian refugees residing in a building at Sidon's northern entrance.

Two Syrians were lightly injured in the attack, the army said.

A military patrol, which was dispatched to the area, contained the incident, the communique said.

It added that the army was pursuing Mansour to arrest him and hand him over to the judicial authorities.

Syrians and Palestinians in such a small country is a recipe for disaster especially if its not theirs.

I would challenge the folks with the thumbs down to speak out. How is the above statement wrong? We have so many Syrians, and armed Palestinians all over our country who bring weapons out of their camps and fire from their camps on a regular basis. Is this not a fact?

They only accept the rich and educated refugees.... they leave the social cases to Lebanon.
