أصدر قاضي التحقيق العسكري فادي صوان، ظهر الخميس، مذكرة توقيف وجاهية بحق العقيد السوري المنشق احمد عامر في جرم تأليف عصابة مسلحة بقصد القيام بأعمال ارهابية.
وأتت المذكرة، بعد أن استجوب صوان الموقوف عامر، وأحاله لاحقاً الى النيابة العامة العسكرية لابداء المطالعة في الاساس.
وفي وقت لاحق نقلت الـ LBCI معلومات مفادها أن عامر كان يحاول تجنيد اشخاص بلبنان لارسالهم للقتال في سوريا ولا علاقة له بالشبكة المكتشفة اخيراً.
يُذكر أن مفوض الحكومة لدى المحكمة العسكرية القاضي صقر صقر، كان قد ادعى الاربعاء، على 12 شخصاً بينهم ثلاثة موقوفين لبناني وسوريان، وذلك بتهمة إقدامهم على تأليف عصابة مسلحة بهدف القيام بأعمال إرهابية وعلى شراء أسلحة وصواعق وقذائف وعبوات وذخائر بغية زرعها على كل الاراضي اللبنانية.
ويأتي ذلك بعد أن أعلن الأمن العام الثلاثاء عن توقيف شبكة "إرهابية" كان تخطط لاغتيالات وتفجيرات في المناطق اللبنانية.
