واشنطن تدين سقوط صورايخ سورية في البقاع و"تنتظر التحقيقات"

اعربت وزارة الخارجية الاميركية، الجمعة، عن ادانتها "بشدة" لسقوط صواريخ من الجانب السوري على الاراضي اللبنانية المتاخمة لحدود البلدين.
ودعت الخارجية الاميركية كل الأطراف في المنطقة إلى احترام سيادة لبنان وسياسة النأي بالنفس التي يعتمدها.
كما لفتت المتحدثة باسم الخارجية جين بساكي الى أن "الحكومة اللبنانية قالت بدورها انها ستجري تحقيقاً، ولذا سننظر في ذلك".
وشن الطيران الحربي السوري الخميس غارات على منطقتين في بلدة عرسال البقاعية الحدودية في حين سقطت ثمانية صواريخ مصدرها الاراضي السورية على منطقتي النبي شيت والهرمل من دون ان تؤدي الى وقع اصابات.
هذا الأمر الذي دفع رئيس الجمهورية ميشال سليمان إلى الطلب من الجيش الرد على مصادر النيران.
وتبنت مجموعات من المعارضة السورية المسلحة خلال الاشهر الماضية مرارا عمليات اطلاق صواريخ على مناطق في البقاع ردا على تدخل حزب الله الى جانب قوات النظام السوري في العمليات العسكرية داخل سوريا.

There would be no shelling if it were not for the USA\KSA war in Syria. And Lebanon would be in a much better position.
HA would gladly come back from Syria should the USA\KSA stop funding and pull their terrorists from Syria.

America will stand by its interests. And we are seeing it now that don't need gulf oil much, they will change when their interests change (or perceived interests).
The arab countries on the other hand, are not driven by interests, they are only driven by sectarian hatred and love of power, and they are responsible for the mess. Yes, it is often in the interest of the west to see the arab world divided, so one could believe conspiracy theories suggesting the west tried to split arabs etc.
But the problem at its root is the ignorance, extremism and thuggery of some power thirsty old Arabian tribal mentality, that Islam came to eradicate.

amazing how M8ers accept that a foreign army enters our airspace with helicopters and bombs the country... and they talk about "sovereignty"? they cry when israel flies over the country but strangely NOT A WORD when syria BOMBS lebanon with its air force....
