مناوشة بين السيد وإحدى الصحافيات: ألا تخشى أن تعود الى لاهاي متهما؟

لاهاي – خاص – نهارنت:
لم ينجح المدير العام الأسبق للأمن العام جميل السيد في تحقيق الأهداف التي سعى الى تحقيقها من خلال حضوره الجلسات الأولى للمحاكمة في جريمة اغتيال الرئيس رفيق الحريري ورفاقه.
فقد بدا السيد معزولا في الشرفة المخصصة للسياسيين والإعلاميين الراغبين في الإطلاع على مسار المحاكمات، لولا وجود محامي حسن مرعي المتهم الخامس في جريمة اغتيال الحريري في شرفة الجمهور.
ولاحظ الحاضرون أن السيد غادر شرفة الجمهور لأكثر من ساعة خلال جلسات قبل الظهر، ولم يعد اليها في جلسة بعد الظهر بعدما أدلى بتصريح تلفزيوني رد فيه على الكلمة التي ألقاها الرئيس سعد الحريري تعليقا على ما تضمنته جلسة اليوم الأول من عروض قدمتها جهة الإدعاء.
وقد حاولت إحدى الصحافيات استفزاز السيد بسؤاله:"بماذا شعرت وأنت تشاهد صور الإنفجار"؟ فأجابها: "لا شيء! فمن يسجن اربع سنوات لا يعود يتأثر بمثل هذه المشاهد"... لكن الصحافية عادت وسألت السيد:"وماذا عمن سجن إحدى عشرة سنة"؟ (في إشارة الى رئيس حزب القوات اللبنانية الدكتور سمير جعجع)، فأجاب:"حسب شو عامل"؟.
ومضت الصحافية المعروفة بتعاطفها مع جعجع في أسئلتها للسيد قائلة: "ألا تخشى أن يكون حضورك مستقبلا في لاهاي كمتهم"؟ فرد السيد:"ربما يكون من الأفضل... فعندها سيصبح بإمكاني أن أواجه هذه المحكمة من الداخل".
وأضاف السيد في رده على الصحافية نفسها: "أنت تعرفين إنو أنا ما بيموت لي ميت"... فإذا كان لدى جعجع ما يقوله في المحاكمات التي أخضع لها، فما عليه إلا أن يطلب إعادة فتح كل الملفات التي حوكم فيها ... وأنا هنا لأواجه وأطالب بإعادة فتح ملف شهود الزور الذين تسببوا بسجني ... فليفعل جعجع ما افعله أنا إذا كان حقا قد ظلم...
هذا السجال لم يكن على شكل مقابلة صحافية ولكنه اتخذ شكل "مناوشات" سمعها الكثيرون من الذين حضروا جلسة اليوم الأول... وقد انتقل مضمونها بين الحاضرين خلال فترات الإستراحة.

I think the question the Journalist and both M8 and M14, should ask the question to the three intelligence agencies including HA and Syrian intell. a simple question? weren't you in control of the country at that day, and is it that impossible to transport 2500Kg of TNT through out the country. If you were in control - then you got to jail for life.

The arrugance that this guy has is unbelievable: The question that begs to be asked. If you and the intelligence agencies in Lebanon at the time of the explosion and assination, from Syrian Intel, to HA, to Israeli's whoeverthe affiliations are, and in particlular JA Sayyed himself, How can someone transports 2500kg of TNT in such a small country without the knowledge of these apparatus that they are raoming in Lebanon like flies. If all they all answered "NO" then they should go all to jail for life Period.
