المعلم يعلن "تأييد اي جهد دولي لمكافحة الارهاب"

أعلن وزير الخارجية السوري وليد المعلم في كلمة امام الجمعية العامة للامم المتحدة الاثنين ان سوريا "تؤيد اي جهد دولي لمكافحة الارهاب" في اشارة الى الضربات الجوية التي تقوم بها قوات التحالف الدولي ضد مواقع لتنظيم الدولة الاسلا لمعلم ان بلاده تؤيد "أي جهد دولي يصب في محاربة ومكافحة الإرهاب".
واكد "آن الاوان لأن نتكاتف جميعا ضد هذا الإرهاب، فالخطر محدق بالجميع وليس هناك دولة في منأى عنه".
وانتقد المعلم الدول التي تدعم الجماعات الاسلامية، في هجوم مبطن على دول خليجية تتهم بدعم تنظيم الدولة الاسلامية ماليا وعسكريا.
وقال المعلم ان مكافحة الإرهاب تتم "عبر الضربات العسكرية بالتأكيد، لكن الأهم أيضا هو وقف الدول التي تسلح وتدعم وتدرب وتمول وتهرب هذه الجماعات الإرهابية".
وتبنى مجلس الامن الدولي قرارا يطالب الدول بالتحرك لوقف تمويل تنظيم الدولة الاسلامية وتدفق المسلحين الاجانب للانضمام اليه.
وقال المعلم ايضا ان "مكافحة الإرهاب لا تتم عبر القرارات الدولية غير المنفذة".
واضاف "ولهذا علينا أيضا أن نجفف منابع الإرهاب. إن ضربنا الإرهاب عسكريا، وبقيت تلك الدول تفعل ما تفعل فهذه دوامة لن يخرج المجتمع الدولي منها لعقود".
وعن الحل السياسي في سوريا قال المعلم "كنا نرى وما زلنا انه لا يمكن البدء بأي حل سياسي والإرهاب يضرب الأرض السورية".
واضاف المعلم "مرة أخرى نجدد أننا جاهزون بل ونسعى إلى الحل السياسي في سورية والحوار مع كل الوطنيين الشرفاء المعارضين للارهاب في سورية وبين السوريين انفسهم وعلى الأرض السورية".
واكد "نحن منفتحون للحل السياسي في سوريا مع معارضة حقيقية لا ترتهن للخارج ولا تنطق بلسانه، تضع في اولوياتها مكافحة الارهاب وتشجيع المصالحات المحلية الجارية تمهيدا لانجاح الحل السياسي".
وتشن الولايات المتحدة وعدد من حلفائها العرب والاوروبيين حملة عسكرية ضد تنظيم الدولة الاسلامية الذي يسيطر على مناطق شاسعة من العراق وسوريا.

Texas, it isn't just Iran that's making Assad hold on to power. The Assad family has ruled with an iron fist for almost 45 years. Even if Iran told him to accept the deal he'd probably reject it, unless he is assured of an Alawi state on the coast.

al-Maliki came out of exile after Saddam was overthrown. He was new to the scene. The Assads have been in control of Syria since 1970, they have all their moukhabarat and high army positions controlled by Alawis. al-Maliki had nothing, his army was new and didn't have support from Shi3a. All the Alawis are behind Assad, as well as Christians in Syria.

as well as a huge portion of sunnis. basically almost all syrians are, except the ones in istambul who get regular visits from their nato patrons in their hotel rooms. i really dont want to know what goes down in there.
