الحريري يدعو واشنطن للاهتمام بملف النزوح السوري وحماية لبنان من الارتدادات الاقليمية

شدد رئيس "تيار المستقبل" سعد الحريري اثناء زيارته الى واشنطن على اهمية "حماية لبنان من الارتدادات الاقليمية"، داعياً من جهة اخر الادارة الاميركية الى وضع ملف النزوح السوري في صدارة اهتماماتها، بما له من تداعيات سلبية على لبنان والمنطقة.
كلام الحريري جاء اثناء لقائه اعضاء لجنة العلاقات الخارجية في مجلس النواب الاميركي برئاسة السيناتور ايد رويس في مبنى الكابيتول، حيث تركز البحث على الاوضاع في لبنان والمنطقة عموما.
وخلال اللقاء، اكد الحريري ان الاهداف الرئيسية لزيارته الولايات المتحدة الاميركية "تتعلق بتوفير مقومات الحماية للبنان من الارتدادات الاقليمية".
وعلى هذا الصعيد، اعتبر رئيس المستقبل ان "قضية اللاجئين السوريين هي قضية يمكن ان تترتب عليها مشكلات كبيرة اذا لم يتم ايجاد حل سريع للازمة السورية".
انطلاقاً من ذلك، رأى ان هذا الملف يجب" ان يكون محل اهتمام الادارة الاميركية ووضعها في صدارة اولوياتها" وذلك بهدف "تفادي انعكاساتها وضررها الفادح على لبنان والمنطقة".
كذلك التقى الحريري كلا من "زعيم الاغلبية في الكونغرس كيفين ماكارثي والسيناتور جون ماكين والسيناتور مايك بومبيو" وتناول معهم مختلف المواضيع التي تهم لبنان، وذلك بعد ان كان قد التقى الاربعاء وزير الخارجية الاميركي جون كيري في واشنطن.
وتجدر الاشارة الى ان وزير الخارجية والمغتربين جبران باسيل قد اكد الاربعاء ان "هناك مشروع فعلي لإبقاء السوريين في لبنان" رافضاً ان يتحوّل نزوحهم الى "لجوء".
وفي 31 آذار الفائت، اطلق رئيس الحكومة تمام سلام صرخةً من مؤتمر الكويت ناشد فيها اصحاب النوايا الحسنة بتمويل خطة وضعتها الحكومة لتحمل اعباء النازحين السوريين، مشيراً الى انها تحتاج الى ما "يفوق المليار دولار اميركي" .
وكانت الحكومة قد اتخذت اجراءات تحدّ من تدفق النازحين السوريين الى لبنان ومن دخول السوريين العاديين (غير النازحين)، إذ انها ستلزم أي راغب بالدخول بتعبئة استمارة يحدّد فيها أسباب الدخول، مع طلب أوراق ثبوتية لوجهة الدخول. وقد دخلت حيز التنفيذ في 5 كانون الاول الفائت.
يذكر أنه منذ اندلاع الازمة في سوريا في آذار 2011، وحتى نهاية العام، يكون قد وصل عدد السوريين المسجلين كلاجئين لدى المفوضية السامية للأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين في لبنان إلى 1,2 مليون شخص هذا عدا عن السوريين المتواجدين في البلاد من دون تسجيل. الأطفال والنساء يشكلون أربعة من كل خمسة لاجئين. يعاني معظمهم من صعوبة في تلبية إحتياجات البقاء الأساسية الخاصة بهم من نفقاتهم الأسرية.

i must remind you that when the Syrian war first started and refugees started flowing to Lebanon we were offered U.N refugee camps where we could have kept refugees in them and surrounded thr camps withbour army like in turkey and Jordan. but unfortunately at the time March 8 and hezbollah blocked the move and wanted to convince us that there was no war and all those Syrians are coming for tourism. now you are ringing alram bells on the refugee situation because they are roaming all over the place , but do u blame your leaders??
