المشنوق يؤكد معاقبة من أخطأ في تظاهرة 22 آب: الاعتداء على أي مؤسسة سيحسم تحت سقف القانون وبالقوة

اكد وزير الداخلية نهاد المشنوق العمل بجهد للحفاظ على امن التظاهرات الا أنه حذر من ان المساس بالمؤسسات العامة سيتم حسمه تحت سقف القانون وبالقوة، ملعنا في هذا الاطار عن تانيب عدد من العناصر التي ارتكبت الأخطاء في حراك 22 آب.
وقال المشنوق في مؤتمر صحفي الاربعاء "قوى الامن من الناس ومن يراها عكس ذلك يكون عنده عمى وطني لا شخصي، والعسكريون صبروا وتحملوا وهم بشر لديهم قدرة ما على التحمل ورغم ذلك نفذوا التعليمات المولجة اليهم.
وهنا استنكر المشنوق "السياسة القائمة على شيطنة قوى الامن"، معتبرا ان ذلك "جريمة بحق أمن البلد".
وأضاف "قوى الامن تتحمل مسؤولية امن المواطنين، ولا يجوز التعميم واتهام الكل في العناصر اذا حصل خطأ ما"، لافتا الى أن "الجرحى في قوى الامن أعدادهم اكثر من جرحى المتظاهرين".
وإذ أعاد التشديد على ان "مهمة قوى الامن هي حماية الدولة والاملاك العامة والخاصة، أكد أن "أي اعتداء على اي مؤسسة عامة سيحسم تحت سقف القانون وبالقوة في حال عدم استجابة المعتصمين".
وأردف "سنقوم بكل جهدنا للحفاظ على امن التظاهر وسنحل الامور بطرق سليمة وبالحوار والتفاهم ولكن اذا كل هذه الوسائل لم تنفع سنقوم بما يلزم".
وحول تظاهرة 22 آب، اعترف المشنوق انه حصل إفراط في إستعمال القوة في المظاهرة، لكنه أكد عدم إطلاق الرصاص الحي على المتظاهرين الا في الهواء
كما أعلن المشنوق أنه "تم توجيه تأنيب إلى بعض الضباط لتركهم وسائل إتصالهم في مكاتبهم"، مشيرا أيضا الى انه تم تحويل ضابطين للمجلس التأديبي ومعاقبة ستة عسكريين بعقوبة مسلكية لتصرفهم بشكل تلاقائي دون العودة الى رؤسائهم.
وتوجه الى رئيس تكتل التغيير والاصلاح النائب ميشال عون بالسؤال "كيف تكون مشاركا في الحكومة وتكون موافقا على المشاركة في الحوار ويمكنك الدعوة الى التظاهر؟ إذ انت تتظاهر ضد من ؟
ورأى وزير الداخلية أنه "في نظام كما النظام اللبناني الطريقة الوحيدة للتوصل الى تغيير هو انتخاب رئيس ووضع قانون انتخابي جديد".
عليه، توجه الى المتظاهرين بالقول "تظاهروا من اجل انتخاب رئيس ومن اجل قانون انتخابي لان هذا يحل المشاكل الحياتية الاخرى".
وكان المشنوق لفت في حديث الى صحيفة "السفير" الى أن عناصر قوى الامن ارتكبت "أخطاء محدودة جدا" أثناء عملية اخلاء المعتصمين من مبنى وزارة البيئة أمس الثلاثاء.
وقال إن تدافعا "حصل خلال فض الاعتصام في مبنى وزارة البيئة، بعدما أعطينا المعتصمين كل الفرص للخروج طوعا".
وأشار الى ان "بعض العناصر الأمنية ارتكبت أخطاء محدودة جدا أثناء إجبار المعتصمين على إخلاء المبنى"، نافيا ان تكون قد وقعت إصابات قوية في صفوفهم، قائلا ان "تقارير الصليب الاحمر اللبناني تؤكد ذلك".
وأفادت الصحيفة عن "اتصالات جرت خلال نهار أمس الثلاثاء بين وزير الداخلية وعدد كبير من القيادات السياسية، من بينها الرئيس نبيه بري والرئيسين سعد الحريري وفؤاد السنيورة والنائب وليد جنبلاط وقائد الجيش العماد جان قهوجي، جرى خلالها التشديد على ضرورة التهدئة وضبط النفس من جهة وحماية المؤسسات والمقار الرسمية من جهة أخرى".
وحصلت مواجهات بين قوى الامن والمتظاهرين الذين كانوا أمام وزارة البيئة امس الثلاثاء، وعمد بعضهم على رمي قناني الزجاج على بعض العناصر.
وتم توقيف بعض المعتصمين الذين كانوا داخل الوزارة خلال عملية اخلاء المبنى الذي اقتحمه بعض الشباب من مجموعة "طلعت ريحتكم". وقال بعضهم للاعلام انهم تعرضوا للضرب المبرح والتعنيف والتخويف.
ونقل عدة جرحى الى مستشفى الجامعة الاميركية للعلاج.

you know what is strange mowaten.... I was thinking the same thing exactly, the same!!!! The similarities between us are not just coincidences anymore. Syrian security forces have allegedly arrested the son of a high ranking Hezbollah military official on charges of buying weapons from Syrian army soldiers and selling them to ISIS members in Qalamoun.

Correct your facts ado, Hezbollah has been in Parliament since 1992 with our little buddy Mohammad Raad holding the Nabatiyeh seat ever since. Marada leader Frangieh was part of every single government from 1992 to 2005, the only omnipresent person. You seem to also always forget to mention the Syrian occupation and Hezbollah refusal to send the Lebanese army to south Lebanon just so the border could be used to send messages to the worlds community and economic costs of this game.
The protesters are against all of them that means all of them, except Nasrallah. His roaming divine thugs will afflict upon you and anyone else by bodily harm if Nasrallah's name is even obliquely mentioned.

Mr. Al Mashnouk, even though I fully disagree with the You Stink protesters to enter a ministry, even if I feel that there are many other ways, still, it wouldn't change the fact that you and the forces under your command are failed yet again. You could have simply removed the protesters peacefully since they committed no acts of offense or vandalism. It just makes me wonder why when the goons come in, your forces hesitate, yet would hit so hard when peaceful protesters are involved, why???Then you and the army have failed yet again, the army should simply cordon off the area so that no one good can infiltrate and throw glass or Molotov Cocktails.
