صقر ادعى على علي اللقيس الذي أعدم الجندي محمد حمية بعد معركة عرسال

ادعى مفوض الحكومة لدى المحكمة العسكرية القاضي صقر صقر على الموقوف علي اللقيس الذي أعدم الجندي محمد حمية حين كان أسيرا لدى جبهة "النصرة" منذ اندلاع معركة عرسال الدامية العام الفائت.
كما ادعى صقر بحسب الوكالة الوطنية للاعلام على اللقيس وخمسة آخرين فارين من العدالة، "بجرم الانتماء الى "جبهة النصرة" وتصنيع عبوات ناسفة وتحضيرها وإعدام الجندي محمد حمية".
وأحال صقر الملف مع الموقوف على قاضي التحقيق العسكري الاول رياض ابو غيدا.
وكانت استخبارات الجيش أوقفت منذ ثلاثة أيام اللقيس المنتمي الى "النصرة". وأفادت تقارير انه كان يحاول السفر الى خارج لبنان بجواز سفر سوري مزور.
وأفادت أن اللقيس "خبير بتصنيع المتفجرات ومقرب من أبو مالك التلي".
والثلاثاء تسلمت الاجهزة الامنية من "النصرة" جثة الجندي حمية في اطار صفقة تبادل أنجزتها السلطات اللبنانية بنجاح وانتهت بتحرير العسكريين الـ16 الذين خطفوا في أب 2014 على يد "النصرة" اثر اندلاع المعركة مع الجيش في عرسال.
واعدمت "النصرة" حمية في 19 أيلول أي بعد شهر من انتهاء معركة عرسال. وكانت المرة الاولى التي تعدم فيها "النصرة" جندي مختطف لديها، بعد اعدام "داعش" للرقيب علي السيد والجندي عباس مدلج ذبحا إضافة الى علي البزال.

Without Qatar's cash, they would never had been able to afford the capture! These LAF soldiers and ISF (Internal Security Forces) aka Police... would never had been attacked and captured in the first place! What did the LAF or Lebanese security forces do that caused or warranted a blind and unprovoked attack on Lebanese soil? In a village that has opened their homes to Syrian refugees and rebels without question! Only Japan in their attack at Pearl Harbour have been more treacherous!

tex, what ever hezbollah did in syria months after the LAF and ISF were captured in Arsel is not relevant! The LAF and ISF were not involved and the 2 prisoners beheaded by Al nusra and ISIS did not deserve or can be justified.
