قرار بملاحقة ضابطين في المخابرات السورية متورطين بتفجير مسجدي "التقوى والسلام"

أصدر القضاء الجمعة القرار الاتهامي في قضية تفجير مسجدي التقوى والسلام في مدينة طرابلس، وقضى بملاحقة ضابطين في المخابرات السورية تبين انهما خططا وأشرفا على عملية التفجير.
وصدر القرار عن القاضي آلاء الخطيب وقد تضمن تسمية ضابطين في المخابرات السورية المخططين والمشرفين على عملية التفجير وهما بحسب الوكالة الوطنية للاعلام النقيب في فرع فلسطين في المخابرات السورية محمد علي علي، والمسؤول في فرع الامن السياسي في المخابرات السورية ناصر جوبان.
ولم يكتف القرار بملاحقة الضابطين المكشوفة هوياتهما، بل سطر مذكرات تحر دائم لمعرفة هويات الضباط المسؤولين عن الضابطين المنفذين الذين أعطوا الاوامر والتوجيهات للضابطين علي وجوبان لتنفيذ العملية وملاحقتهم، والتي بينت التحقيقات ان الامر قد صدر عن منظومة امنية رفيعة المستوى والموقع في المخابرات السورية.
يشار الى أن هناك توقيفات سابقة شملت الخلية اللبنانية المنفذة والمؤلفة من 5 أشخاص من جبل محسن، وأبرز الموقوفين فيها هو يوسف دياب الذي نفذ بيده عن بعد بواسطة جهاز، تفجير مسجد السلام.
اما باقي افراد الخلية اللبنانية فقد فروا الى سوريا.
اشارة الى ان القرار الاتهامي مؤلف من 44 صفحة فولسكاب.
يُذكر، أنه في 23 آب 2013 أقدم مجهولون على تفجير مسجدي التقوى والسلام في طرابلس ما أدى إلى سقوط 45 قتيلا وأكثر من 800 جريح تقريبا.

lol, it's not "we" accuse.... it is the government and judicial system that we both supposedly respect. If you respect and agree with judiciary's daily indictments of people being charged on terrorism charges, it is also your duty as a Lebanese citizen ( which you are not ) to also respect their decision on this one too. You cannot be selective when it comes to the truth. When the Judiciary issues a verdict regarding Rifi, then come here and spew your sectarian hatred.

But nassrallah said in his video interview on OTV, those who did the Tripoli bombings were the same people who did the dahyeh bombings and that the final say is in the hands of the Lebanese justice system.
The Lebanese justice system just issued its indictment of syrian intelligence officers in the Triploi bombing. It means assad also did the bombings on your people in dahyeh or is nassrallah wrong?

The indictment issued arrest warrants against the suspects and a permanent investigation to uncover the identities of involved senior officials who gave orders and orchestrated the attack.
Who gave the order is Bashar Al Assad himself. No officer, soldier, judge, or government official can do anything in Syria without the explicit approval of this dictator.
