بعبدا: لا يمكن تجاهل صلاحيات رئيس الجمهورية بعد اليوم

كشفَت دوائر القصر الجمهوري في بعبدا أنّ رئيس الجمهورية الذي استخدم صلاحياته بتجميد عمل مجلس النواب لمدة شهر وفقاً لمضمون المادة 59 أعاد الكرّة مرةً أخرى منذ العام 1926 حيث استخدم رئيس الجمهورية آنذاك هذه الصلاحية.
وقالت في حديث الى صحيفة "الجمهورية" أن "أيّ رئيس للجمهورية لم يستخدم مثلَ هذه الصلاحية قبل إتفاق الطائف وبعده، واكتفى بعضهم بتوجيه رسائل الى مجلس النواب اكثر من مرة ووضِعت رسالته في درجِ رئيس المجلس بعد تلاوتِها في أوّل جلسة علنية يَعقدها المجلس".
ولفتَت المصادر إلى أنّ "هذه الخطوة التي شكّلت ممارسة كاملة لصلاحية الرئيس جاءت في سياق تطويق الأزمة التي استجدّت في الساعات الماضية نتيجة تجاهلِ دور وصلاحيات رئيس الجمهورية الذي لا يمكن تجاهله بعد اليوم".
وأضافت "إصراره صراحةً على ربطِ التمديد التقني بقانون جديد للانتخاب هو التوجّه الذي انتهت اليه الأزمة، وأن لا جلسة للتمديد ممكنة قبل الخطوة المتصلة بالقانون الجديد للانتخاب".
وقرر رئيس الجمهورية أمس الاربعاء تأجيل انعقاد المجلس النيابي لمدة شهر واحد، استنادا الى المادة 59 من الدستور اللبناني، لمنع انعقاد الجلسة التي كانت مخصصة اليوم الخميس للتمديد.

the majority of the people are fed up with people like you... fed up with both M14 and M8, all crooks that you actively support...till there are sheep like you blindly following your leaders, lebanon will stay in the middle ages...

there is no M14 as a political leadership. Their two main leaders Hariri and Geagea both elected an iranian backed president and share the same government with a terror militia and in doing so legitimized its activities.
M14 was an idea/vision and still is; an idea that rejects your iranian islamist hegemony over Lebanon and its way of life.
As to the Majority of people that reside in Lebanon are pro M8; all I can say is no surprise coming from a deluded propagandist.

yes and it was hijacked by politicians who claimed it was their idea but remember how silent they were in 2005 for a month none of them said a word! they were all overcome by the people's will...
lebanon is ruled by tens of little dictators all agreeing to share the cake on the back of the people...

Monsieur Peace, we are M14, not the politicians. line up all M14 politicians downtown, it'll have no weight. then line up millions of M14 like you and I up there and that would resonate throughout the world.
Remember that Geagea, Gemayel, Hariri, Jumblatt and friends are there to serve us, not the other way around... and yes they fail and disappoint us more often than we'd like.
