واشنطن تحذر من عواقب تنسيق الجيش مع حزب الله ودمشق في معركته ضد "داعش"

أكدت السفيرة الاميركية في لبنان إليزابيت ريتشارد لجميع المسؤولين الذين التقتهم خلال جولتها أن واشنطن ستحرم لبنان من المساعدات العسكرية إذا ما نسق الجيش مع حزب الله او النظام السوري في معركته المرتقبة ضد "داعش" في جرود رأس بعبلبك والقاع.
وقالت صحيفة "الجمهورية" انّ ريتشارد "تُبلِّغ الى من تلتقيهم في جولتها رسالة شديدة اللهجة تحذّر من مغبّة تنسيق الجيش اللبناني مع حزب الله او النظام السوري في معركته المرتقبة ضد داعش، تحت طائلة حرمان لبنان من مساعداته العسكرية".
وفيما اكتفى مكتب الاعلام في رئاسة الجمهورية بالاشارة الى انّ البحث بين رئيس الجمهورية ميشال عون وريتشارد، التي رافقها القائم بأعمال السفارة الاميركية الجديد ادوارد وايت، "تناوَل الاوضاع العامة في البلاد في ضوء التطورات الاخيرة، وموقف لبنان منها"، علم بحسب "الجمهورية" أيضا انّ ريتشارد جدّدت تأكيد مواقف بلادها الداعمة لاستقرار لبنان على رغم ما يجري من حوله من تطورات دموية ومأسوية واستمرارها في تعهداتها تجاه دعم القوى العسكرية والأمنية اللبنانية التي تخوض مواجهة صعبة مع الإرهاب.
وزارت ريتشارد أمس الاثنيبن رئيس الجمهورية العماد ميشال عون ووزير الداخلية والبلديات نهاد المشنوق، وذلك بعدما كانت قد زارت وزير الخارجية جبران باسيل في عطلة نهاية الاسبوع، على أن تزور تباعاً رئيس الحكومة سعد الحريري ومسؤولين آخرين.
