بوتين يدعو الى تجديد الديموقراطية في روسيا

دعا رئيس الوزراء الروسي فلاديمير بوتين اليوم الاثنين الى تجديد الاليات الديموقراطية منتقداً "الاستعراضات السياسية" التي تنظمها المعارضة بعدما نجحت في حشد عشرات الالاف السبت في موسكو.
وكتب بوتين في مقال طويل نشرته صحيفة "كومرسانت" بعنوان "الديموقراطية ونوعية الدولة" "اننا بحاجة الى تجديد آليات ديموقراطيتنا، يجب ان تاخذ بالاعتبار نشاطاً مدنياً متزايداً". وتابع ان "مجتمعنا المدني ازداد نضجاً ونشاطاً ومسؤولية".
غير ان بوتين المرشح لولاية ثالثة في الكرملين في الانتخابات الرئاسية المقبلة في 4 اذار، بعد ولايتين سابقتين متتاليني بين 2000 و2008، حذر من اي "ديموقراطية وهمية".
وقال "لسنا بحاجة الى وضع تقتصر فيه الديموقراطية على شعار، حين يتم تقديم استعراض سياسي وعرض لمرشحين على انهم يمثلون سلطة الشعب" في اشارة الى تظاهرات المعارضة.
وتابع "علينا ان نتجنب سلوك مثل هذا الطريق الذي لا يفضي الى مكان، بل هو محاولة لتبسيط السياسة وانشاء ديموقراطية وهمية".
وكتب "ان الديموقراطية الحقيقية لا تولد دفعة واحدة ولا تستنسخ نموذجا خارجيا" موضحاً انه "لا بد ان يكون المجتمع مهيئا لاستخدام الاليات الديموقراطية".
ويبقى بوتين الاوفر حظا للفوز في الانتخابات الرئاسية بالرغم من التراجع الحاد في شعبيته خلال الاشهر الاخيرة. لكنه يواجه اكبر حركة معارضة منذ توليه السلطة عام 2000.
وحشدت المعارضة السبت عشرات الاف الاشخاص في شوارع موسكو في ثالث تظاهرة ضخمة ضد بوتين.

Does all of that sound all too familiar with the Baath Stalinist Party, Kadhafi, the Chinese Junta, Stalin, Castro, Chavez, the Burmese Junta (Kmer rouge), and their ultimate contempt towards their own people resulting in numerous massacres, the Iranian regime's political structure follows closely that of the Communist Party (now stealthily in power under Puk'in) and previously during the Soviet Iron curtain era,although the Iranian one is more primitive but equals the criminality of the Soviets (Hungary, Czechoslovakia,... even the latest atrocities in Georgia) while the Chinese Junta flaunted Tian amen square massacre and thousands of many other the outside world may never hear about, what it all boils down to is that the worst enemy of any dictator is his own people.
