المستقبل ترى أن عون خسر في ثلاث مجالات وتلومه على إرجاء جلسة النواب

رأت كتلة "المستقبل" أن رئيس "تكتل التغيير والاصلاح النائب ميشال عون "خسر في جلسة أمس ثلاثة أمور: ضحى بالوزير شربل نحاس ولم يفرض قوننة الـ 8900 مليار ليرة فقط ولم يبق الدعم على المازوت الأخضر".
وأشارت أوساط نيابية في الكتلة عبر صحيفة "النهار" اليوم الجمعة، إلى محاولات جرت لتأمين نصاب من الأكثرية وحدها، ولكن تبين أنه غير مؤمن بدليل الطلب من النائب طلال ارسلان الانضمام الى الجلسة على رغم توعكه، لكنه وصل بعد إعلان تأجيلها.
وتساءلت الأوساط عما سيكون موقف عون من خطوة رئيس مجلس النواب نبيه بري في تأليف لجنة نيابية تحضّر للمخرج قبل 5 آذار المقبل.
وقد رفع بري الجلسة التشريعية أمس الخميس إلى 5 آذار المقبل بعد انسحاب عدد من نواب 14 آذار عند البت بملف انفاق الحكومة. وتطالب هذه القوى بقوننة صرف حكومات الرئيسين فؤاد السنيورة وسعد الحريريي بين 2006 و2011، فيما تطالب قوى 8 آذار وفي مقدمها التيار الوطني الحر، بكشف حساب لهذه الفترة الزمنية ومحاسبة من أخطأ مع قوننة صرف حكومة الرئيس نجيب ميقاتي.
وتشترط 14 آذار من أجل موافقتها على قوننة صرف حكومة ميقاتي البالغ 8900 مليار ليرة، قوننة ال 11 مليار دولار التي صرفت بين 2006 و2011، أي حصولها بشكل أو بآخر على "براءة ذمة مالية".
وأوضحت أوساط الرئيس السنيورة لـ"النهار" أن مفاوضات دارت طوال ثلاثة أيام من أجل قوننة الانفاق المالي لحكومة الرئيس نجيب ميقاتي خلال سنة مبلغ 8900 مليار ليرة أو ما يعادل ستة مليارات دولار، مع قوننة انفاق حكومتي الرئيس السنيورة مبلغ 11 مليار دولار.
وأعد السنيورة اقتراح قانون يلحظ هذا الانفاق رفعه الى الرئيس بري الذي عرضه بدوره على النائب عون فرفضه الأخير مما أدى الى ارجاء الجلسة الى 5 آذار على أن تتولى لجنة نيابية اعداد المخرج حتى ذلك التاريخ وقد وافق السنيورة على المخرج الذي طرحه رئيس المجلس.
وفي سياق آخر، أفادت صحيفة "اللواء" اليوم أن رئيس جبهة النضال الوطني النائب وليد جنبلاط دخل على خط الوساطة بين الرئيسين بري والسنيورة مطالبا بحل سياسي للحقبة الماضية، عبر تسوية شاملة لملف الانفاق المالي.

he gave scholarships to thousands of lebanese students from all sects, never asked for the money back, AUB students for example were all paid for by hariri one way or another in the late 80's and 90's and his institutions hires lebanese from all sects, do you see any christian or armenian on al manar tv? let alone suni. We arabs, lebanese love to bite the hand that feeds. We go to america begging them for a green card and then start cussing america for every disease we have (just to give you an example).

Let Al Mustaqbal count their gains, which are only limited to the billions of US dollars that they got from fleecing the decent Lebanese and Lebanon's coffers. In a country that respects its citizens, such gains are guaranteed to land these obvious winners in jail pending their hanging.

what supporters in tripoli/akkar are you talking about lol?? any suni who is a syrian ally is politicaly screwed, miqati will have to create an alliance with the mustaqbal movement in the next elections. The regime change in syria in the future is the most serious blow to all the hizbala illusive efforts of coup and canceling out the suni power in lebanon. Unless you do not see the biblical changes in the Arab world around us. This government is really living on lifelines. At the end of the day hizbala and mustaqbal will reach a truce (paid for by more erosion of christian power) and I wouldnt be suprised one bit if they join another hariri government. This is lebanon the country of suprises, lack of principles and anything goes.
