1. Syrian-led political process to address the aspirations and concerns of the Syrian people

2. UN-supervised cessation of armed violence in all its forms by all parties to protect civilians

3. All parties to ensure provision of humanitarian assistance to all areas affected by the fighting, and implement a daily two-hour humanitarian pause

4. Authorities to intensify the pace and scale of release of arbitrarily detained persons

5. Authorities to ensure freedom of movement throughout the country for journalists

6. Authorities to respect freedom of association and the right to demonstrate peacefully

Good luck. Needless to say, this plan will never be applied because the system does not comprehend what 'freedom' truly means

I think the 6 points are mentioned in the article

1. stop all violence
2. daily 2 hour humanitarian ceasefire
3. media access to all areas affected by fighting
4. inclusive syrian led political process
5. right to demonstrate
6. release of people detained arbitrarily

There should be no Plans that include Assad. He is a murderer and a despot and he will keep on killing, only now he could buy time under Anan's plan and try to liquidate as many of the opposition as he could.

the plan and dictatorship are at odd.. it is simply incompatible

Looks like his hair color is a bit darker, maybe a shade too dark. He does not look very good at all. No way he can last, but for how long?

He will NEVER do it. He can't pull his troops from the streets. The people will erupt in protest all over the country.
