باسيل: مناقصات النفط ستستقطب شركات عالية الشأن

اكد وزير الطاقة جبران باسيل، ان لبنان سيتمكن من استقطاب شركات مهمة في ملف التنقيب عن النفط في المياه الاقليمية، لافتاً الى ان هذه المناقصات "ستكون ذات شأن أعلى من المناقصة في اسرائيل وقبرص".
واوضح في حديث الى صحيفة "السفير"، الخميس، انه سيعلن "قريباً عن موعد البدء بتلقي طلبات الترخيص من الشركات المهتمة بالتنقيب عن النفط في المياه اللبنانية".
كما شدد باسيل على انه تم تحصين المناقصة وحمايتها من الشركات غير الجديرة وغير الخبيرة، "الامر الذي من شأنه أن يعزز الثقة في طريقة إدارة لبنان لهذا الملف، وان يطمئن الشركات الاجنبية التي كانت تخشى من مناقصة شكلية".
ورأى ان اقرار الحكومة، الاربعاء، البند المتعلق بشروط تأهيل الشركات المختصة، "يشكل واحدة من الخطوات الاساسية المندرجة في إطار تحديد سياسة لبنان النفطية، على مستوى عالٍ من المهنية، وفق مواصفات عالمية ومعايير دقيقة".
يُذكر ان مجلس الوزراء اقر في جلسته في السراي الحكومي، الاربعاء، البند المتعلق بشروط تأهيل الشركات المختصة، للاشتراك في دورات التراخيص للانشطة البترولية (التنقيب عن النفط)، مع تعديل يقضي بإشراك بعض الشركات اللبنانية، لتشجيع الشركات الوطنية والمساهمة في تكبير حجم أعمالها واكتسابها خبرة في مجال استخراج النفط.
ووفق "السفير" فإن مجلس الوزراء حدد المعايير التي يحق على اساسها للشركات التقدم الى المناقصة المنتظرة.
يُذكر ان مجلس الوزراء عيّن في تشرين الثاني الفائت اعضاء "هيئة ادارة قطاع النفط" الستة. ومن شأن هذا التعيين وضع عجلة استثمار قطاع البترول والغاز موضع التنفيذ الفعلي سواء لجهة المراسيم التطبيقية اللازمة ام لجهة اطلاق عملية استدراج العروض والمناقصات وفقاً للقانون.
الا ان المشكلة التقنية فتكمن في تثبيت حدود لبنان الدولية البحرية وحقه في ثرواته الطبيعية النفطية والغازية ضمن حدود منطقته الاقتصادية الخالصة، خاصة في ظل التهديد الإسرائيلي الدائم لحقوق لبنان النفطية جراء خطأ في الترسيم البحري ما بين قبرص وإسرائيل الذي جاء على حساب لبنان ويهدد بتضييع مساحة بحرية على لبنان تزيد عن 850 كيلومتراً مربعاً.

Make belief world you live in. Berri was the speaker of the house all along. Why did he not expose these "thefts"? Many good billions were indeed used to pay off Berri, Syrian intelligence officers and leaders, pet projects, .... Indeed every time Rafik Hariri tried to stop waste and crack down on corruption, he was attacked left and right. Also, how much does electricity lebanon lose every year? Almost 1.5 billion? Multiply that by the number of years and you get half of the debt. Who protect those who do not pay their bills? Definitely not m14. Alsi why when Hariri was out of power the deficit did not go down? Hey smart guy, how did Berri become one of the biggest landowners in Lebanon when he grew up in a very modest home, how much money did the 'wahabi' gulf countries give GMA over the years, and finally, how much is the value of the resources that HA, Amal and others continue to pilfer on a daily basis by taking land, electricity and other resources without paying for them.
I am not saying any party is clean of stealing from this country, but what is the so called change and reform party doing about it? I have seen no reform or any change in the 'politics as usual'. And finally, why haven't politicians from ALL sides been brought about on corruption charges?

5) The problem of FPM supporters is they have an issue with Lebanon's Sunnis and they are unable to live side by side en bonne intelligence with them, hence you accuse them of being Saudi's and Wahhabi's. No one should exclude non one in this country.
