واشنطن تتهم شركتي صيرفة لبنانيتين بتبييض الأموال لصالح حزب الله

اعلنت الولايات المتحدة الثلاثاء توسيع حملتها لمطاردة شبكة دولية لتهريب المخدرات تقول انها مرتبطة بحزب الله وتمتد تفرعاتها حتى الاراضي الاميركية.
وتؤكد وزارة الخزانة في بيان انها توصلت بعد تحقيق اجرته بالتنسيق مع الوكالة الاميركية لمكافحة المخدرات الى الاستنتاج بان مؤسستي صيرفة لبنانيتين لتحويل الاموال مرتبطتين بهذه الشبكة تمثلان "خطرا كبيرا في مجال تبييض رؤوس الاموال".
وذلك سيفرض لاحقا على المؤسسات المالية الاميركية التنبه الى هاتين الشركتين بغية منعهما من استخدام النظام المالي في الولايات المتحدة.
وبحسب الحكومة الاميركية فان شبكة مهربي المخدرات المعنية يقودها المدعو ايمن سعيد جمعة الذي يحمل جواز سفر لبنانيا واوراقا ثبوتية كولومبية.
وكانت الخزانة الاميركية اعلنت في حزيران 2012 ان هذه المجموعة تقوم بتبييض عائدات تهريب المخدرات ل"صالح مؤسسات اجرامية" وحزب الله الذي وضعته وزارة الخارجية الاميركية على القائمة السوداء ل"المنظمات الارهابية الاجنبية".
وبحسب واشنطن فان شبكة جمعة استعانت بالشركتين المذكورتين "قاسم رميتي وشركاه للصيرفة" و"شركة حلاوي للصيرفة" للالتفاف على التدابير التي تتخذها الولايات المتحدة لتجفيف موارد تمويلها.
وتؤكد وزارة الخزانة ان الشبكة تستخدم تجارة مشروعة لتصدير سيارات اميركية مستعملة لبيعها في افريقيا من اجل غسل عائدات تهريب مخدرات كولومبية الى اوروبا عبر القارة الافريقية.
ثم توزع شركتا الصيرفة اللبنانيتان الارباح عبر دول اخرى مثل الصين او الامارات العربية المتحدة لتغذية مشتريات السيارات، ويحول قسم منها لصالح حزب الله.
واكدت الخزانة الاميركية "اننا مصممون على كشف وتعطيل منظمات غسل الاموال الدولية التي تعمل بشكل متقن وتنقل عائدات تجارة المخدرات لحساب شركات اجرامية وخصوصا لحساب مجموعة حزب الله الارهابية".
