الاشغال الشاقة 15 عاما لاديب العلم و4 اعوام لزوجته لتعاملهما مع إسرائيل

اصدرت المحكمة العسكرية برئاسة العميد الركن خليل ابراهيم حكمها في حق العميد المتقاعد اديب العلم وزوجته حياة صالومي، الموقوفين في جرم التعامل مع العدو الاسرائيلي.
وقضى الحكم بانزال عقوبة الاشغال الشاقة مدة 15 عاما في حق العلم و4 اعوام في حق زوجته.
وكان قد ارجئت محاكمة العلم المعتقل منذ عام 2010 أكثر من مرة وذلك بسبب عدم تشكيل هيئة المحكمة.
في 10 آب 2010 وخلال المحاكمة العلنية، اعترف العلم صراحة بتعامله مع الموساد الإسرائيلي وتقديم الخدمات الأمنية له على مدى 16 عاما، وتزويده بصور وإحداثيات لمواقع ومنشآت مدنية وعسكرية في لبنان قصفتها إسرائيل خلال حرب تموز 2006، بالإضافة إلى تنفيذه مهمات تجسسية في سوريا.
يذكر أن العلم لعب دوراً في جمع المعلومات حول المنشأة السورية في دير الزور التي قصفها الطيران الحربي الإسرائيلي في أيلول من العام 2007 بزعم انها منشأة نووية كانت تعمل دمشق على تطويرها بالتعاون مع بيونغ يانغ.

Lebanon may think of Israel as its' enemy, but I'm sure that Israel doesn't think of Lebanon as its' enemy. The only enemy Israel has on Lebanese territory is Hizballah, who are also an enemy of a unified
peaceful Republic of Lebanon.
