When someone confesses to a crime, they are no longer "innocent".

Samaha confessed to bringing in bombs from Damascus under the orders from the Syrian regime. The bombs were intended to kill M14 targets.

Subsequently we have the Tripoli bombing which killed dozens, and the culprits again were M8 lackeys who were caught and confessed. A perpetrator is no longer considered innocent after he confesses.

Why all the Dahieh bombers confessed to their crimes? No torture or threat of torture on them?

@Crusher : Hezbollah have yet to prove they are protecting Lebanon. For the moment, they have only shown their real purpose :

1- Protecting Iranian interests
2- Protecting Syrian interests
3- Protecting the Iranian Army in Lebanon (Officially called the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon)

Hell, they don't even protect their own people as they send them off to their deaths in Syria to fight wars they have no clue about !

There is no single shred of evidence they protect Lebanon ! Especially not when they use their weapons inside the country and fight Lebanese !
