PSP, Hizbullah Deny Military Deployment in Mount Lebanon

Hizbullah and the Progressive Socialist Party denied on Tuesday local and Arab media reports that the latter had deployed security and military units in some areas of Mount Lebanon aimed at destabilizing the ties between the two parties.

They said in a statement: “The relations between the two sides are well and they are seeking to bolster them through constant consultation and coordination.”

“They are also seeking to tackle political issues responsibly out of their keenness on Lebanon’s stability,” it added.

Media reports stated on Tuesday that clashes broke out between the PSP and Hizbullah in the Choueifat, Deir Qoubel, and Aramoun areas.

The clashes were provoked by Hizbullah after it allegedly deployed rocket launchers in the predominantly Druze area of Aley, said the Kuwaiti al-Anbaa newspaper on Tuesday.

It was later revealed that the launchers belonged to Palestinian factions affiliated with Syria.

These alleged clashes were brought up during a meeting between Hizbullah chief Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and Transportation and Public Works Minister Ghazi Aridi over the weekend, it reported.

This is true. Hezbollah deployed in Mount Lebanon back in 2008 and they now control various areas of the Druze-populated regions.

Yes it does matter bigdig, when he will be installing rockets near your home and Israel comes to destroy the launchpads, because your home and mine will fly to pieces unless you dont give a fuck if you have no home, and i think you know as well that no state or hezbollah will give us back the money to rebuild another one.
Im sorry i dont think Hezbollah has the right to plant rockets anywhere, and if it does want too, it should only near Israel in the south, not in Mount Lebanon or Lassa or Jbeil, and before Sayyed Hassouni is described by you as an effective ruler tell me :

- An effective ruler hides like a rat in sewers and shouts out loud while beeing 12321 floors underground?
- An effective ruler lies by saying his '' resistance '' would never use its weapons domestically ?
- An effective ruler praises khameinei day and night and the model of regime in Iran?
- An effective ruler admits his ''resistance'' is infected by Mossad and CIA and does give us updates afer that? thanks

This is the "brushback". Jumblatt has been out there, very outspoken against the Assad Regime and so this is Assad's way of bringing Jumblatt back into line.
The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine-General Command techically placed the lauchers in the Chouf overlooking Aley using Hezbollah trucks. So of course, Hezbollah has plausable deniability that they did not place the rocket lauchers and they are not Hezbollah rocket lauchers. Right!!
The PFLP-GC is a paun and a cover just like the FPM for Hezbollah to carry out the orders of Iran to help and assist Assad.
Message delivered - Let Jumblatt know that the Chouf is not his Mountain and we can come to his back yard anytime we want.

The lauchers were removed not because Jumblatt demanded it, but because the message was delivered and understood.

Who is the militia here? Who acts outside of the law and government? It is Hezbollah, my friend. Jumblatt is in desperate need for a new lifeboat. Where will he jump?

When Assad falls let's see how many places Hizb Allah can deploy rockets.

The truth of the matter is that the majority of the Druze population despise Hizballah . . . . Many villages were armed to the teeth after May 8 against Jumblatt's wish. Hizballah at this time is nothing short of a militia using their weapons for political control and gains
