Berri to send MPs copies of border deal with Israel

Speaker Nabih Berri on Thursday asked Parliament’s General Secretariat to send all MPs copies of the sea border demarcation deal with Israel.

Berri added that the copies should be sent out after the agreement’s approval in Cabinet.

Some opposition MPs have decried that parliament has been kept in the dark regarding the expected deal with Israel.
