Berri: Persistence of Current Govt. Performance is Unacceptable

Speaker Nabih Berri stressed on Wednesday that the government needs to adopt a new approach in order to tackle the various pending issues in Lebanon.

He said: “The continuation of the government’s current performance is unacceptable.”

“It should not limit its activity to achieving partial solutions to problems,” he remarked before MPs during his weekly meeting with lawmakers.

“The government needs to take the imitative and launch dialogue with various syndicates and labor organizations in order to resolve the ongoing disputes,” stated the speaker.

“It should not allow the problems to deteriorate,” stressed the speaker.
