A Cup O' Joe: 'Being Biden' Podcast Launches

U.S. Vice President Joe Biden on Thursday launched his new podcast, "Being Biden," to share his behind-the-scenes view of life as number two in the world's biggest superpower.

According to the White House, in each installment the famously jocular VP will tell the story behind a particular photo -- where it was taken, why he thinks it matters and how it fits into the big picture.

The first photo is a from early March, at a charity dinner with a hunting club in Biden's home state of Delaware, where he declared his allegiance to the Second Amendment to the Constitution, or the right to bear arms.

But, as lawmakers debate bills to fight gun violence after the massacre of school children in Connecticut, Biden also insisted the right to own guns should be reserved for "self protection and legitimate uses, like hunting."
