President Michel Suleiman will participate in the inauguration ceremony of Iran's President-elect Hassan Rowhani next month, As Safir newspaper reported on Wednesday.

The daily said Suleiman will travel to Tehran on August 3 at the head of a small delegation that includes Deputy Premier Samir Moqbel and Caretaker Foreign Minister Adnan Mansour.

They are expected to return to Beirut the next day, As Safir said.

According to the newspaper, Suleiman will hold talks with Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and several heads of delegations participating in the inauguration ceremony.

Suleiman received a message last Thursday from Rowhani in response to his congratulatory message on the Iranian president's June election.

After the Tehran trip, sources did not rule out a possible visit by the president to Saudi Arabia for talks with top officials.

Suleiman is currently in the United States on a several-day private visit. Reports have said that he is undergoing treatment in his left eye in Boston.

I hope our great good-for-nothing corrupt president-by-parachute will be able to make this trip on time. Otherwise, the Iranians will have to postpone the inauguration of Rowhani.

How can anyone forget all about El Presidente's Herculean task of single-handedly removing the zeer from the beer? What a slippage, wouldn't you say, my compatriots?

Please let us know if you understand the positions of your Muslim leaders. I, personally, cannot wait to hear from you about that. And if you do tell us, either way, can you please tell us what specifically yo do or do not understand? Did you try to contact any of them to give them advice or recommendations? Or are they too damn stubborn to deal with? You know what, I am dying for a cedre knefeh b'jebn. How about you?

Hey, bashabisho, how's the real Bash doing these days? I heard he is still in Israel recovering from that ill-fated building collapse. I wonder if he has filed a lawsuit against the grand larcenist of all time, Dr. Arreet 7akeh, or if he, too, considers his old buddies, the koudama, Syrian puppets as the doc says they are! I guess the doc of all art, 7akeh and everything else, knew of the puppetry of the koudama while he was trampolining into the arms of the Syrians at the height of their occupation as he was scheming against ebn balado. Who said Loubnan Awalan was another thing that amounted to nothing but art 7akeh? alla yer7amak ya bassel. takbir
