Report: March 14 Says Hizbullah to Further Involve Lebanon in Syria Conflict

The March 14 coalition considered on Sunday that Hizbullah Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah is not willing to alter it's policies and ready to further involve Lebanon in the turmoil in the neighboring country Syria.

“We should expect the worst,” a leader in the March 14 alliance said in comment published in the Kuwaiti al-Anbaa newspaper.

Nasrallah said on Friday he himself was ready to go and fight in Syria.

The prominent leader in the March 14 camp told the newspaper that Hizbullah failed to abide by the so-called army-people-resistance equation, which Nasrallah vowed to hold on to.

The sources said that the “bloody message” conveyed by the attack that targeted Beirut's southern suburbs neighborhood of Ruwais on Thursday indicates that the Takfiris are setting the "rules of the game" by dragging Lebanon into the conflict in Syria.

Nasrallah had accused radical Sunni takfiri Muslims of being responsible for the car bombing.

The death toll from a car bombing that ripped through Ruwais has risen to at least 27 and wounded 336 others.

A group calling itself the Brigades of Aisha Umm al-Moemeneen claimed in an online video the attack.

Hizbullah is a key supporter of President Bashar Assad and has sent fighters across the border to Syria this year to bolster government forces, which have been battling a deadly anti-regime revolt since March 2011.

Lebanon is deeply divided into supporters and opponents of the regime in neighboring Syria and the conflict now in its third year has stoked sectarian tensions and violence in the country.

Maybe Mr. Hassan should indeed go himself to Syria and maybe he could stay there dead or alive.

He promised to take the lead. This involves risking his life.... I don't think that his holiness Hassan will risk it.

God Bless the Islamic Iranian Resistance aka HA (Hussain Army) for declaring global war on terror. SHN's (God Bless him and give him long life) latest speech leaves no doubt in anyone's mind that HA is committed to eradicating terrorism from this planet. The more the Takfiri terrorists plant bombs the higher the number of HA mujahideen in Syria. This is called long term vision and "Balance" of terror. HA noble war in Syria is an act of self-defense aimed at liberating planet earth from terrorism and preserving humanity. Look at Qusayr now after it has been freed from cannibals. It is a model town where commerce, agriculture, and business thrive. SHN set an example for all of us freedom lovers by offering to go fight and martyr his holy self in Syria. However, we should keep our internal disputes political and in the event we want to fight, let's fight it out in Syria.May God protect SHN for his wisdom, courage, and love of humanity.

Here we go again, the m14 coalition trying to paint themselves as saints and blaming HA for all of Lebanon's troubles. This, while they continue to support the takfiri groups in Syria with weapons and men and continue to undermine the Lebanese army.

Bonjour tout le monde!

Anaïs didn't show up yesterday.... Ah girls.......

I do hope HA further involves itself in Syria without dragging the rest of the Lebanese communities into it. This conflict is an idiot filter. Idiots go there and never return....

Yalla kheir....

ALL parties & countries are involved in the Syrian conflict should pull out whether directly or indirectly involved !
Stop this hypocrisy ! We are in the 21st century people are not illiterate especially in today's social media, almost everything is received to the population as it happens Live !
Otherwise just go out for a full blown out war to solve these problems if the so called bully countries continue to sponsor groups to continue on murdering innocent people through their petrodollars! Better to attack the problem head on than to prolong the dire issue with propaganda & allowing the heads of states eating caviar while the poor innocent are eating alive ! Let these nations' Leaders be accountable no matter what country they are from who support these murderious acts ! At least you can now face your enemy & may the righteous WIN !
Signed Wolf .

Ya akhee! The best and only way for Lebanon to protect itself is from within. We cannot afford or support an all out war across borders. We have an opportunity to finally become a true independant and sovereign state. This is the chance right now. It probably will never come again.

Where is the Lebanese Army? If they allow Hizballah to move backwards and forwards across the Syria-Lebanon International border without any hinderance, then it is not the problem of Hizballah but of the Government of the Republic of Lebanon.

If there were only one reason needed for peace between Lebanon and Israel, getting rid of Hizballah must be it.
