صقر يدعي على الأطرش و12 آخرين بجرم الإنتماء إلى القاعدة بعد تأكيد الجيش ارتباطه بـ"النصرة" و"داعش"

إدعى مفوض الحكومة لدى المحكمة العسكرية القاضي صقر صقر الخميس على الموقوف الشيخ عمر الأطرش و12 آخرين من جنسيات لبنانية وسورية بجرم "اﻹنتماء الى القاعدة وكتائب عبدالله عزام والقيام بأعمال إرهابية".
وأتى ادعاء صقر بعد أن صدر بيان عن مديرية التوجيه في قيادة الجيش الخميس قالت فيه أن مديرية المخابرات أحالت الأطرش "الملقب "أبو عمر"، والذي كان قد أوقف بتاريخ 22/1/2014 بعد توافر معلومات حول ارتباطه بإرهابيين داخل سوريا، وتأليفه خلية إرهابية تضم لبنانيين وسوريين وفلسطينيين".
وبنتيجة التحقيق معه اعترف بارتباطه بكل من "عمر ابراهيم صالح الملقب "أبو فاروق"، ونعيم عباس وأحمد طه، وآخرين ينتمون إلى ألوية عبدالله عزام وداعش وجبهة النصرة".
كذلك اعترف الأطرش "بنقله سيارات مفخخة إلى بيروت، بعد استلامها من السوري أبو خالد وتسليمها إلى الإرهابي نعيم عباس، وذلك بالتنسيق مع المدعو عمر صالح، بالإضافة إلى نقله أحزمة ناسفة ورمانات يدوية وذخائر مختلفة" بحسب البيان.
وكشف الجيش أنه "في إحدى تلك السيارات، وهي من نوع جيب شيروكي، نقل معه انتحاريَّين مزودَين بأحزمة ناسفة، حيث قتلا لاحقاً على حاجزي الأولي ومجدليون بعد أن سلّمهما إلى المدعو عباس مع السيارة المذكورة التي فجّرت بتاريخ لاحق، كما نقل برفقة المدعو أبو فاروق سيارة أخرى فجّرت أيضاً".
إلى ذلك قال الأطرش في اعترافاته أنه نقل "انتحاريين من جنسيات عربية إلى داخل الأراضي السورية وتسليمهم إلى جبهة النصرة، بالإضافة إلى إحضاره 4 صواريخ من سوريا أطلقت بتاريخ 22/8/2013 من منطقة الحوش باتجاه الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة، بالإضافة إلى 4 صواريخ أخرى استلمها قبل توقيفه بأيام من المدعو أحمد طه".
هذا وأشار البيان إلى أن المخابرات تتوسع "في التحقيق لكشف كافة العمليات التي قامت بها الخلية التي ينتمي إليها الموقوف".
والأحد إستنكر عدد من علماء ومشايخ البقاع في دار الفتوى توقيف الأطرش قائلين أنه "مظلوم" ويساعد النازحين السوريين إلى لبنان.
والأطرش المسجل شيخاً في دار الفتوى هو إبن عم عمر الأطرش المتّهم بالضلوع في التخطيط لتفجير بئر العبد في التاسع من آب الماضي وقتل في 11 أيلول بكمين على الحدود.
يشار إلى أنه في الشهر الحالي ضربت ثلاث تفجيرات مناطق تابعة لحزب الله. ففي الثاني وفي الحادي والعشرين منه هز تفجيران منطقة حارة حريك في الشارع نفسه ويسمى الشارع العريض. وفي السادس من الشهر الحالي ضرب تفجير منطقة الهرمل. والتفجيرات الثلاثة نفذها انتحاريون.
