السنيورة: عون يعرقل تشكيل الحكومة بمساعدة حزب الله

رأى رئيس كتلة "المستقبل" النيابية فؤاد السنيورة أن "رئيس تكتل "التغيير والإصلاح" النائب ميشال عون هو من يعرقل عملية تشكيل الحكومة ويساعده في ذلك حزب الله".
وأشار السنيورة في حديث لصحيفة "الأنباء"، نشر الإثنين، الى أنه "على رئيس الجمهورية ميشال سليمان والرئيس المكلف تشكيل الحكومة تمام سلام أخذ القرار النهائي بشأن تأليف الحكومة"، مردفاً انه "في حال تم تشكيل حكومة أمر واقع سيكون لكل حادث حديث".
وتساءل السنيورة، عن "أسباب التعقيدات التي تحيط بموضوع تأليف الحكومة"، معتبراً أن "الاتفاق الذي حصل بأن تأتي حكومة جامعة على أساس قواعد معينة التي هي قاعدة أن تسقط إلى غير رجعة فكرة الثلث المعطل وان تكون هناك مداورة شاملة في الحقائب وأن يكون لرئيس الجمهورية ورئيس الحكومة الحق في أن يتوليا منفردين موضوع تأليف الحكومة بعد أن يستمعا ويتشاوران مع كل الفرقاء، وهذا أمر طبيعي".
وأوضح أن "الجميع ابدى استعداده لتسهيل امر هذه الحكومة، واذ بنا نجد ان هناك عراقيل وقيودا فرضت ضد تأليف الحكومة والعودة عن فكرة المداورة والخروج بأفكار غريبة ومستهجنة على اللبنانيين جميعا بأن هناك حقائب مكتوبة بأسماء أشخاص أو مكتوبة بأسماء فئات سياسية أو فئات طائفية"، مؤكدا أن "هذا الأمر ليس له علاقة لا بدستورنا ولا بتاريخنا ولا أيضا بأي شأن له علاقة بإدارة الشأن العام".
وأوضح الرئيس السنيورة ردا على سؤال أن الذين أطاحوا بالتسوية التي اعرب فيها الرئيس سعد الحريري عن مشاركته في الحكومة أو بهذه التسوية التي حصلت هم الذين يصرون على الغاء مبدأ المداورة في الحقائب.
وعما اذا كان الخلاف يقتصر على المداورة، قال إن "هذا الموضوع ايده البعض وتعهدوا أمام الجميع وأمام سليمان بأنهم سيسهلون تأليف الحكومة، لكنهم اتخذوا موقفا عكس ما كانوا يقولون به أي إنهم يريدون حكومة جامعة نجدهم اليوم يعبرون عن استعدادهم وعن تصميمهم على الانسحاب أو الاستقالة من مثل هذه الحكومة".
وردا على سؤال عما إذا كان الأمر يتعلق بتأليف الحكومة أم هو أبعد من ذلك، استغرب السنيورة "عودة البعض عن التزاماتهم بذريعة التضامن مع فريق معين، وقال: من الواضح أن العماد عون هو من يعرقل ويساعده في ذلك حزب الله".
وتعثرت عملية تشكيل الحكومة من جديد إثر رفض إعطاء وزارة الداخلية لمدير عام الأمن الداخلي الأسبق اللواء أشرف ريفي مقابل الحفاظ على وزارة الطاقة بيد التيار "الوطني الحر" وتهديد مصادر الرئيس المكلف تمام سلام بأن الوقت بدأ ينفذ، فما كان من قوى 8 آذار إلا أن نشرت أجواء استقالة جماعية من حكومة "الأمر الواقع" إذا ما تم تأليفها.

M14 lacks the arms and disloyalty. M14 is behaving in a civilized and patriotic way to spare the country another war. HA on the other hand is behaving like the school bully, flexing biceps while lacking brainceps. I am not a member of Ouwet or Kataeb, and I have no idea what relevance that has. March 14 represents 58% of the Christian's in Parliament, and that is the number you should be concerned with.
Abass claimed that Hezbollah and Aoun represent more than half of the people, and I pointed out that they FPM and Hezbollah actually represent less than 25% of the MP's in Parliament.

let us see now... this rotation formula was agreed to by HA and AMAL... and now THEY are going back on their commitments (SURPRISE!!!) but yet, somehow, you always manage to twist it to say that m14 are obstructing...
the allocation of ministries is still in negotiation phase and nothing has been written in stone.. BUT, what was written in stone and agreed to was the rotation... apparently HA and AMAL agreed to it without feeling the need to consult their ally the FPM.. maybe they should take it up with each other?

if you are talking about the same thing as mc.. then again.. let them say we agree on the basis of rotation... BUT... we dont want both security portfolios under m14...
while i know you like to twist the facts to suit your needs.. the basis of this problem is HA and AMAL agreed to the rotation.. without consulting their ally..and now have the perfect excuse and the perfect pawn to obstruct the formation of this cabinet by saying that we have to stand by our ally... it has nothing to do with which portfolios are going to which side and to whom exactly as this is still in the negotiation phase.. and can be dealt with... the problem is Aoun and his refusal to rotate..

please try to read next time.. i said the allocation of ministries is still in the NEGOTIATION phase.. and it is not final... there are discussions and consultations before x ministry is given to either camp... and i am sure both camps have to come sort of agreement..
now if you can try... TRY to stick to the point.. and that is that HA and AMAL agreed to the rotation of portfolios... without consulting their ally... is that not their problem.. and now that they have changed their mind.. how would that make m14 obstructing when they still agree to what they agreed about... you make absolutely no sense.. and as much as you try to sound smart you are failing on all counts.

M14 wants both security agencies to control enforcement and just as importantly the public relations for security.
There is no reason for rotation as the elections are only months away ... Watch as Salam is defeated and Suleiman made a fool.

while i agree with your definition of Jumblat..
the main issue is that Lebanon needs a cabinet.. a govt.. to alleviate some of these pressures we are subjected to...
while junblat is one of the biggest thieves and i wholeheartedly agree.. so is berri... why are we not making this fuss about berri holding a services portfolio.. or a sovereign one?
let HA and Berri say that they still agree to the rotation which is not what they have been doing.. and state what their requirements are.. i.e. no both security portfolios in one camps hand... etc...
