سليمان يكشف وقائع الموافقة على إعلان بعبدا: سألقي خطاب المغادرة حتى بعدم حصول انتخابات

رأى رئيس الجمهورية ميشال سليمان أن المعترضين على إعلان بعبدا "سيطالبون به في وقت لاحق" مؤكدا أنه تمت الموافقة عليه من قبل الجميع، وكاشفا أنه سيلقي خطاب "مغادرة" القصر الرئاسي حتى مع عدم حصول إنتخابات.
وقال سليمان في حديث لمجلة "النشرة" التي تصدرها نقابة المحامين في بيروت نشر الخميس "صدقوني،ان المعترضين اليوم على هذا الاعلان سيطالبون به في وقت لاحق".
وشدد على أن إقرار الإعلان "جاء بعد توجه بعض المقاتلين من شمال لبنان الى سوريا، واعطي القرار للجيش بشخص قائده وامام مجلس الوزراء، بوجوب منع تهريب اي سلاح وتوقيف اي مسلح ولو بالقوة، ومداهمة اي مكان يشتبه ان فيه سلاحا، وقد وافق الجميع على ذلك".
واستدرك قائلا "لكن بعدها، يعلن البعض عدم موافقته على هذا الاعلان، لدرجة أن البعض يدعي عدم مناقشته على طاولة الحوار".
عليه أعلن رئيس الجمهورية "أن جلسة الحوار مسجلة بالكامل بالصوت وتتضمن تصريحات كل من شارك فيها، وكل من اقترح التصحيح اللازم ومقتضيات هذا التصحيح، حيث ان البعض صحح كلمة لغوية والبعض الآخر صحح كلمة سياسية، واخذ الاعلان طريقه الى الاقرار وتبنته المحافل الدولية، واذ بعدها يصدر الكلام عن اننا لا نزال نناقش "اعلان بعبدا".
وكشف أنه "بعد اربع ساعات وثلث الساعة على الاجتماع، قرأ الرئيس (مجلس النواب) نبيه بري المقررات والتعديلات، ورغم كل ذلك يقال ان هذا الاعلان لم يناقش بل وزعت الورقة فقط على الحاضرين".
وصدر إعلان بعبدا في حزيران 2012 نتيجة لطاولة الحوار وتم التوافق فيه على تحييد لبنان عن سياسة المحاور الإقليمة ما عدا ما يتعلق بالإجماع العربي والقضيّة الفلسطينيّة المحقّة.
في موضوع الاستحقاق الرئاسي قال سليمان "ان رئاسة الجمهورية لم تبدأ معي ولن تنتهي معي، وأرفض اعتبار تعطيل النصاب عملا ديمقراطيا".
وتابع "طموحي في ختام هذا العهد ان ألقي خطاب المغادرة، وقد اعطيت القرار ببدء تحضيره، هنا في قصر بعبدا، لتسليم رئيس منتخب بشكل طبيعي، وفي حال لا سمح الله لم تحصل الانتخابات، سيكون هناك خطاب للمغادرة، وهذا يكون أبغض الحلال".
وتنتهي ولاية سليمان في عام 2014 في حين يرفض التمديد كما حال جميع الأفرقاء السياسيين.
هذا ودعا رئيس الجمهورية الى "تطبيق اتفاق الطائف قبل المطالبة بتغييره". وتوقع "فترة استقرار في لبنان والمنطقة بعد زوال العاصفة في سوريا".

exactly what i'm saying, those who actually did it that we know about are takfiris. if you want to suspect someone for a nearly identical event, you can suspect them. that would have a basis, since we know they did it right before. that's if you have any sense of honesty and logic.

habibi you might be gullible enough to fall for it, but to every one with a brain it was clear they tried to make it look like it was HA.
the most basic objective of terror attacks is to create confusion, divide people and stir tensions. if they could make believe that HA attacked the presidential palace, it would have created a big rift between the president and HA, and possibly a battle between the army and HA. the takfiri dream. but thank god most people are more intelligent than you and saw clear through their little game.
and ps: HA doesnt need an alibi, there is absolutely nothing that points to them. they dont need an alibi more than mustaqbal do for instance. yesterday you were lecturing about the right of islamists in roumieh to a trial, but today you forgot all about due procedures, you just "select" who your "guilty" ones are and point you dirty finger without proof, evidence, or even a rational explanation.

ROFL. that sounds super pro. i bet they train bomb experts to take their IDs with them and carefully remove them from their wallet and place them neatly on the floor. so that when they run they can forget it there. i bet they also train to pick up flowers to dodge sniper bullets.
