السجن 8 سنوات للبنانية لإدانتها بـ"التطاول على الشعب المصري"

قضت محكمة مصرية السبت بمعاقبة مواطنة لبنانية بالحبس 8 سنوات بتهمة "نشر فيديو خادش للحياء وازدراء الأديان والتطاول على الشعب المصري".
وأشار قرار المحكمة إلى أن اللبنانية منى المذبوح ثبتت إدانتها بإهانة المصريين وخدش الحياء العام عبر مقطع مصور سجلته بنفسها ونشرته على صفحتها الشخصية على موقع التواصل الاجتماعي فيسبوك.
واستأنف محامي منى الحكم، ومن المقرر أن تنظر المحكمة طلب الاستئناف يوم 29 من الشهر الجاري.
وكانت المحكمة قد قررت حبسها لمدة 11 عاما. غير أنها عدلت المدة إلى 8 سنوات.
وجاء تخفيض الحكم بعدما فحصت المحكمة الشهادة الطبية المقدمة من محامي المتهمة، والتي تؤكد أنها تعاني مرضا في المخ، أدى إلى إصابتها باضطرابات عصبية ونفسية.
وكان بالنائب العام المصري قد تلقى ضد ما اعتبر "إساءة وجهتها إلى رجال ونساء مصر. وطالب بعض البلاغات أيضا بإدراج المواطنة اللبنانية على قوائم الممنوعين من مغادرة البلاد ومنعها من دخول مصر عقب تنفيذ العقوبة التي تصدر بحقها.
وحسب ما نشر من التحقيقات فإن منى "اعترفت بارتكاب الواقعة، لكنها زعمت أن الاعتراف جاء تحت ضغوط نتجت عن إساءة المعاملة والتحرش الجنسي من جانب بعض الرجال المصريين وصلت إلى حد محاولة الاغتصاب".
وكانت أسرة المذبوح قد طالبت بتدخل الرؤساء الثلاثة في لبنان لترحيل ابنتها من مصر.
وقالت منى، في الفيديو الذي حوكمت بسببه، إنها "تعرضت للتحرش من قبل سائقي التاكسي والرجال في الشارع". وأضافت أنها "تأففت من مستوى الضيافة في المطاعم".
ووجهت منى كذلك شتائم لمصر. وقالت إن "مصر تستحق ما يفعله بها رئيس البلاد عبد الفتاح السيسي".
غير أنها عادت ونشرت فيديو آخر تعتذر فيه عن الأول، قائلة إنها "لم تكن تقصد جميع المصريين، ولكن كانت تحكي تجربة شخصية لما مرت به خلال زياراتها الأربع لمصر".
