صقر يتسلم ملف ميشال سماحة لابداء مطالعته قبل اصدار القرار الاتهامي

تسلم مفوض الحكومة لدى المحكمة العسكرية القاضي صقر صقر، ظهر الخميس، ملف النائب والوزير السابق ميشال سماحة لابداء مطالعته.
وكان قاضي التحقيق العسكري الاول رياض أبو غيدا ختم تحقيقاته في ملف سماحة، وأحاله الى صقر لابداء المطالعة في الاساس تمهيدا لاصدار القرار الاتهامي.
يُذكر ان مصادر قضائية مطلعة على ملف سماحة، افادت السبت، أن التحقيقات في هذا الملف شارفت على نهايتها، مشيرة في الوقت عينه الى ان نتائج التحاليل التي أُجريت على المتفجرات التي نقلها سماحة من سوريا بينت أنها من نوع أر دي إكس وهي شديدة الإنفجار.
ويُشار الى ان القضاء، ادعى في 11 آب الماضي على اللواء السوري علي مملوك وسماحة وعقيد في الجيش السوري يدعى عدنان "بجرم تأليف جمعية بقصد ارتكاب الجنايات على الناس والاموال والنيل من سلطة الدولة وهيبتها واثارة الاقتتال الطائفي عبر القيام باعمال ارهابية بواسطة عبوات ناسفة تولى سماحة نقلها وتخزينها بعد ان جهزت من مملوك وعدنان".

Lebanese, law...hmm..when was the last time Lebanese law uncovered a suspect in any of the assassinations het lanshoof. Lebanese law becomes strong when it can contrl militias marching in the streets.

What Lebanese law??? Oh like they did with Karam, Aoun's best friend who served few months and was set free and the other spies (who has no connection) are still in jails where they belong...Hizb and M8 are ruining our country...

nasrocrap is tej rasak inta especially the crap part :) remove corruption AND militias ya ghabi, how can you have a functioning law system when you have militias acquiring weapons at their own whim? Do I even need to explain this? Please, AGAIN, get educated man, I cannot go through the hassle of explaining elementary principles every time. goodness, remember when Saad pressured to free genocidal Geagea.. He took his private aircraft from Riyad to be there during the parliamentary vote to free that killer. Saadouna was the biggest supporter of the liberation of Geagea. You freed that criminal with a law, allouchi, to circumvent the judiciary. So this is Lebanese law according to M14.
