State Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr received on Thursday the case of former Minister Michel Samaha ahead of issuing an indictment in the affair, reported the National News Agency.

First Military Investigation Judge Riyad Abu Ghaida referred the file to Saqr for assessment after he completed his investigations in the case.

Al-Joumhouria newspaper had reported on Saturday that Saqr has not yet received any new findings in the case, most notably after Syrian Security chief Major General Ali Mamlouk refused to stand before the Lebanese military judiciary over his links to the affair.

The latest findings in the case revealed that Samaha was transporting RDX explosives from Syria to Lebanon, revealed the sources.

The former minister was arrested in August on charges of forming a criminal gang aimed at carrying out attacks in Lebanon at Syria's behest.

Mamlouk and a Syrian army colonel identified only by his first name Adnan have been also charged in the affair.

Judge them accordingly to the Lebanese law since they're on Lebanese soil.

Lebanese, law...hmm..when was the last time Lebanese law uncovered a suspect in any of the assassinations het lanshoof. Lebanese law becomes strong when it can contrl militias marching in the streets.
Lebanese law becomes strong when Lebanon has full control over its land and no "security zones" run by militias
Lebanese law becomes strong when NO one is above the law not even the nasrocrap
Lebnese law becomes strong when Lebanon decides when and how it conducts war and peace and it is not left to a rat hiding in a hole acting on the whims of Iran

What Lebanese law??? Oh like they did with Karam, Aoun's best friend who served few months and was set free and the other spies (who has no connection) are still in jails where they belong...Hizb and M8 are ruining our country...

nasrocrap is tej rasak inta especially the crap part :) remove corruption AND militias ya ghabi, how can you have a functioning law system when you have militias acquiring weapons at their own whim? Do I even need to explain this? Please, AGAIN, get educated man, I cannot go through the hassle of explaining elementary principles every time. In the meantime, enjoy the tej, especially the crap part.

If found guilty, hang this terrorist quick before Hizb and Aoun pressure this week M8 government to free him like they did with Aoun's best friend the Israeli spy Karam...

goodness, remember when Saad pressured to free genocidal Geagea.. He took his private aircraft from Riyad to be there during the parliamentary vote to free that killer. Saadouna was the biggest supporter of the liberation of Geagea. You freed that criminal with a law, allouchi, to circumvent the judiciary. So this is Lebanese law according to M14.
