"حزب الله" يرد على التشكيك بالوثائق التي عرضها نصر الله

ردّ "حزب الله" على التشكيك الذي أثاره البعض حول وثيقة نقل الكومبيوترات التي تم عرضها خلال المؤتر الصحافي للأمين العام لحزب الله" السيد حسن نصر الله في بيان جاء فيه:
مرفق رقم 1: "طلب إعفاء من الضرائب غير المباشرة مقدم من عضو في بعثة ديبلوماسية"، وهي صادر عن إدارة الجمارك والضريبة المضافة في "دولة اسرائيل" حيث تم تعبئتها من قبل ميهو هيروس (Miho Hirose) وهو أحد المديرين في فريق مراقبي الهدنة التابعين للأمم المتحدة (UNTSO) في القدس المحتلة، وقد تم التصديق عليها من السلطات الاسرائيلية المختصة، ويعود هذا الإعفاء للشحنة رقم 29148 والذي تم تبيان محتواها أيضاً في الطلب.
مرفق رقم 2: مانيفست البضائع والذي يُظهر تبعية الشحنة رقم 29148 لصالح لجنة التحقيق الدولية المستقلة (UNIIIC).
مرفق رقم 3: جدول بمحتوى الشحنة رقم 29148:
■ 77 كومبيوتر Desktop ومستلزماته.
■ 20 كومبيوتر Laptop.
■ 57 شاشة كومبيوتر.
■ 25 جهاز لاسلكي.
■ 1 ملحقات شبكة.
■ 2 ربيتر.
مع ضرورة الالتفات الى العبارة الآتية في آخر الجدول:

أي أن المحتوى أعلاه تم تحميله في الكونتينر 6/290530 الشحنة 29148.
أما في الشق المتعلق بفائدة الاسرائيلي من نقل الكومبيوترات ونظراً الى الاهتمام الاسرائيلي في هذا الملف، وهدفه منه، والصلاحيات والغطاء الدولي الذي يتمتع به، وقدرته الفنية العالية، والتحكم المباشر بالحواسيب... يمكننا افتراض الأمور الآتية:
1 – نسخ كل المعلومات من الكومبيوترات. وتجدر الاشارة هنا الى أن كومبيوترات لجنة التحقيق زودت من بعض الأجهزة الامنية والقضائية ومن بعض المؤسسات الرسمية والخاصة الكثير من المعلومات عن المجتمع اللبناني، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
a. ما هو متعلق مباشرة بالتحقيق، من:
■ مشتبه بهم.
■ افادات الشهود.
■ سير ومخطط التحقيق.
■ هيكلية وآلية عمل لجنة التحقيق.
■ الفرضيات المعتبرة والفرضيات المهملة.
■ نتائج الفحوص المخبرية والجينية.
b. ما تم وضعه بين أيدي لجنة التحقيق في لبنان:
■ كل داتا الاتصالات في لبنان منذ الـ 2002 لغاية تاريخ مرور الكومبيوترات.
■ معطيات عن كل شبكات الاتصالات في لبنان.
■ السيارات في لبنان.
■ برامج النفوس ولوائح الشطب.
■ برامج الهوية والصور.
■ مشتركو الكهرباء والماء.
■ بصمات اللبنانيين.
■ الطلاب والاساتذة والمدارس في لبنان.
■ الموظفون في بعض القطاعات.
■ مجموعة ملفات أمنية وقضائية من أرشيف تلك المؤسسات في لبنان.
… واللائحة تطول ولا تنتهي.
2 – استرجاع المعلومات المحذوفة.
3 - زرع برمجيات أو الكترونيات أو فيروسات تتيح عملية التلف للبرامج أو المعلومات أو بعض الشرائح الإلكترونية للجهاز أو الأدوات أو الأوعية المتصلة به أو التحكم بمحتوياته أو التحكم بالشبكة والأجهزة التي قد تتصل بهذه الأجهزة لاحقاً.
هذه الأمور وغيرها، تساعد في تحقيق الآتي:
1 – الافادة المباشرة من كل الأرشيف الموجود لأهداف أخرى، عسكرية وأمنية خاصة بالعدو الاسرائيلي في لبنان، ما يساعد في كشف لبنان أكثر وأكثر أمام العدو.
2 – امتلاك كل المعطيات عن التحقيق .
3 – مواكبة سير التحقيق.
4 – امتلاك معلومات عن المحققين.
5 – حرف التحقيق أو التأثير عليه.
6 – ابتكار السيناريوهات التي تعتمد على بعض المعطيات وسوق الاهتمام الى الهدف الذي يصبو اليه العدو".

Look at what we are trying to equate here:
1. An illegal militia known for its terrorist ties (plane hijackings, killing of civilians, murdering whoever stands in their way). A militia that has only brought death and bloodshed to Lebanon.
2. An internationally recognized tribunal under the auspices of the United Nations. Every country on this planet recognizes the STL as legitimate. How many countries recognize Hezbollah's legitimacy?
