A number of Lebanese citizens living in the North demanded the Lebanese and Arab governments Friday to withdraw their ambassadors from Damascus in a protest against the repression of demonstrations which had started in the Middle of last March.

According to National News Agency, a number of people from the North took part in a march in Tripoli “in solidarity with the Syrian people at an invitation from the Secular Gathering in Lebanon amidst strict security measures taken by the army and internal security forces.”

Protesters raised banners denouncing the Russian and Chinese positions in the U.N. Security Council, and demanded the international community to “issue a resolution condemning the Syrian regime”, assuring that “the conflict in Syria is against the system and not between minorities and majorities.”

Lice mountain: Your master nasrallah pretended that nothing is going on in Syria and even glorified Assad and his thugs...this protest was a solidarity protest and they did not even mention Bahrain or glorify its leadership. If you compare the two you will find that nasrallah's actions are the real crime here not these people's

@HABAL: It might take a day two a year or two but at the end the regime is going to fall as the beginning of the end of it has started. For the 3000 killed so far, it is going to be an eye for an eye and I promise you.
